Sell through your dealers

Sell through your dealers, with the website doing the finding.

You sell through distributors and dealers, so the website isn’t a checkout. It is how buyers discover you, see what they need, and reach the partner who closes. We build that storefront, give each brand its own home, and keep the whole thing talking to your CRM and ERP, so demand you create online actually reaches your channel.

A manufacturer’s storefront
  • Buyers find you and get routed to the right dealer
  • Orders and accounts flow into your CRM and ERP
  • Each brand on its own site, one shared foundation
  • Demand that feeds your channel, not bypasses it

The problem

A manufacturer’s site that creates demand it can’t route.

A brochure with a contact form

Demand that leaks

  • Buyers find you, then have nowhere to go but a generic contact form
  • Orders and leads get re-keyed into the CRM by hand
  • Several distinct brands crammed into one confusing site
  • Interest created online that your dealers never hear about

A storefront wired to your channel

Demand that lands

  • Buyers see what they need and get routed to the right dealer
  • Orders and accounts flow into your CRM and ERP automatically
  • Each brand gets its own site from one shared foundation
  • The website feeds your distribution channel instead of skipping it

What we build

What we build

Buyer-to-dealer routing

The storefront captures intent and sends each buyer to the distributor or dealer who owns that relationship, instead of stranding them on a form.

Wired to your CRM and ERP

Orders, accounts, and leads reach Dynamics 365, NetSuite, HubSpot, or whatever you run, instead of getting re-keyed by hand.

Multi-brand from one foundation

A reusable blueprint so each brand stands up its own site without a full custom build every time.

Proof

A multi-brand storefront kept talking to its CRM and ERP

Solmetex is a dental manufacturer that sells a multi-brand catalogue through distributors and dealers. A rushed launch had left the store fragile, and orders had to be re-keyed into the CRM by hand.

We stabilized and re-architected the storefront, kept it connected to Microsoft Dynamics 365 through a custom connector, and built a reusable blueprint so each brand can stand up its own site from one shared foundation.

“They understand how the storefront, the customer data, and our CRM connect, and they took the initiative to learn our systems, which was not a simple task. If you run a real business behind your website and you need someone who can build it, connect it, and keep it running, I’d recommend them without hesitation.”
Tracey Kirkman, Marketing Director, Solmetex

Questions

Common questions

We don’t sell direct. Is e-commerce even right for us?

Yes, just not the cart kind. The website still finds buyers, shows them what fits, and routes them to the dealer who closes. That is e-commerce work, even when no card is charged on the site.

Can the site connect to our ERP, not just a CRM?

Yes. Solmetex runs on Microsoft Dynamics 365 for both CRM and ERP, connected through a custom connector we built. We integrate with NetSuite, HubSpot, and others the same way.

We have several brands. Do we need a site for each?

You can. We build a reusable blueprint so each brand stands up its own site from one shared foundation, with a central store, media, and accounts, instead of a full custom build every time.
