Proof, not promises

Systems built to fit how they actually sell.

Manufacturers, distributors, and operators who needed more than an off-the-shelf store: a multi-brand storefront wired to the CRM, a self-serve quote tool for products too complex for a cart, infrastructure they own. Different businesses, the same move, build the system to fit how they sell and hand it over to keep.

A look under the hood

Four businesses, four different problems, one throughline: build the system to fit how they sell, then hand it over.

Dental manufacturing WordPress / WooCommerce

Solmetex

Solmetex is a dental manufacturer that sells a multi-brand catalogue through distributors and dealers. We rebuilt and stabilized its WooCommerce storefront, kept it connected to its Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and ERP, and built a reusable blueprint so each brand can stand up its own site.

Portable-storage rental WordPress + Gravity Forms (custom plugin)

STORSquare

STORSquare rents portable storage across multiple lots and regions. We built a custom quote tool that lets customers self-serve an accurate rental quote and sends every one into HubSpot, so rental coordinators stop quoting by phone and re-keying deals by hand.

Multi-site e-commerce WordPress / WooCommerce (five sites)

MBS Communications

MBS Communications runs five WooCommerce storefronts selling custom-branded products to professional practices. They had inherited a vendor-built stack nobody could see into, on hosting that cost about $2,900 a month. We took ownership of the code, optimized it, and moved all five sites to hosting they own and we monitor.

Commercial laundry equipment WordPress / WooCommerce (Elementor)

Southeastern Laundry

Southeastern Laundry has sold commercial laundry equipment since 1976. Their machines are configurable, high-value, and impossible to put behind a fixed-price checkout. We rebuilt their site and turned WooCommerce into a self-serve quote tool, so prospects assemble the equipment they need and the sales team gets a structured quote instead of an inbox full of one-off emails.

In their words

The people who run these businesses

“They understand how the storefront, the customer data, and our CRM connect, and getting our store and CRM talking so the data flows the way it should is easy to underestimate until it’s done right. If you run a real business behind your website and need someone who can build it, connect it, and keep it running, I’d recommend them without hesitation.”
T Tracey Kirkman Marketing Director, Solmetex
“One of the custom plugins they built has been a game changer. It streamlined our operations, improved our sales tracking, and even helped us book more rentals through the website. Even though we’re not local, they made the remote process seamless with quick turnaround.”
C Courtney Thomsen Marketing & Operations, STORSquare
“Alex’s team is the rare partner that fixes the actual problem instead of just working a ticket queue. Our hosting had quietly become our single largest software cost; they pulled our real traffic data, showed us we were paying for capacity we’d never use, and migrated all five stores onto a right-sized setup with zero downtime. If you run multiple online stores, I recommend them without reservation.”
