Terms of Service
Last updated: June 24, 2026
These terms govern your use of the Novatorius website and any audit, resource, or service you purchase through it. By using the site, you agree to them.
Use of the site
You may use this site for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, interfere with its operation, attempt to access it in any way other than through the interfaces we provide, or use it to infringe anyone’s rights.
Purchases and fees
- Audits and resources are sold at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Prices and offerings may change, but changes do not affect orders already placed.
- Audit fee credit. Where stated, the fee for an audit credits toward a subsequent build or sprint engagement, subject to the terms of that engagement.
- Sprints and care plans are governed by a separate engagement agreement that controls scope, price, and timeline. Nothing on this site is a binding quote for custom work.
- Taxes may apply and will be shown or added as required.
Refunds
Digital resources are generally non-refundable once delivered. For audits and services, refund terms are described at purchase or in your engagement agreement. If something isn’t right, contact us — we want you satisfied with the work.
Intellectual property
The site, its content, and our frameworks, templates, and methods are owned by Novatorius or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Purchasing a resource grants you a license to use it for your own business; it does not transfer ownership or permit resale or redistribution.
Deliverables and client materials
Ownership of engagement deliverables is governed by your engagement agreement. You retain ownership of materials and data you provide to us, and grant us the license needed to perform the work.
Third-party services
Our work often integrates third-party platforms (such as commerce, CRM, ERP, and payment systems). Those services are governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or actions.
Disclaimers
The site and resources are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific business results; outcomes depend on factors outside our control. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Novatorius will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or resources. Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount you paid for it.
Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
