Custom development & integration
The plumbing nobody sells off the shelf, built and run.
Every accountable sales system has a few connections no vendor ships: the sync that reconciles two systems, the portal your buyers actually need, the logic that encodes how you really sell. We build those.
The problem
The last 20% is where most systems break.
When the connector falls short
Glued together, then abandoned
- A connector that does 80% and breaks on your edge cases
- Manual exports bridging the gap nobody will own
- Custom logic trapped in one person’s spreadsheet
- A backlog of “we’ll integrate that later”
Custom, done right
Built to fit, built to last
- Integrations built for your edge cases and monitored
- The sync that reconciles store, CRM, and ERP automatically
- Buyer-facing tooling (portals, ordering, dashboards) on our stack
- Code we maintain, documented, not a black box
Capabilities
What we build
Custom integrations
When Celigo or a stock connector can’t, we build the sync that actually reconciles your systems.
Reliable data sync
The reliable, monitored pipelines that keep store, CRM, ERP, and finance in agreement.
Buyer-facing tooling
B2B ordering portals, dealer dashboards, and self-serve tools built on a stack we maintain.
Encoded logic
Your real pricing, credit, and approval rules turned into systems instead of tribal knowledge.
How we work
How custom work stays sane
- 1
Scope tightly
We define the integration or tool as a fixed-scope sprint, not an open-ended retainer.
- 2
Build to fit
Built for your edge cases, on a maintainable stack, with monitoring from day one.
- 3
Run or hand off
We operate it as a managed service, or document and transfer it. Your call.
Questions
Common questions
When should we go custom instead of buying a connector?
When the connector can’t handle your edge cases, when the data integrity matters enough to monitor, or when the logic is your competitive advantage. We’ll tell you honestly when a stock connector is the right call.
Do you compete with Celigo or Jitterbit?
No, we frame against them, not as one of them. When an off-the-shelf connector fits, use it. We build the custom one when it doesn’t.
Will we be locked into you?
No. We document and can hand off anything we build. Most clients keep us to run it because it’s easier, not because they’re stuck.
