CRM implementation & RevOps services
A CRM that’s the system of record, not another silo.
We implement, extend, and connect your CRM so it reconciles with the store, the ERP, and the finance system, and revenue operations finally run on one set of numbers everyone trusts.
The problem
A CRM nobody trusts is just an expensive address book.
The usual state
A CRM off to the side
- Sales lives in the CRM; orders live in the store; finance lives in the ERP
- Fields half-filled because reps don’t trust the data
- Reports that never match the numbers leadership actually uses
- Every integration is a one-off nobody maintains
With Novatorius
A CRM at the center
- One record per customer, reconciled across store, ERP, and finance
- Automations that keep the data clean without rep busywork
- Reporting leadership trusts because it ties to the books
- Integrations we build and run, not bolt on and abandon
Capabilities
What we implement
CRM setup & migration
Stand up or rebuild HubSpot, Salesforce, or your platform with a schema that fits how you actually sell.
ERP & store links
Two-way sync with NetSuite, your store, and finance so the CRM is the system of record.
RevOps automation
Lifecycle stages, data hygiene, and handoffs automated so the pipeline reflects reality.
Process design
We map the revenue process first, then configure the tool to it, not the other way around.
How we work
How a CRM engagement runs
- 1
Working session
Map the current stack, data, and where the CRM diverges from reality.
- 2
Model
Design the object model, lifecycle, and the integration contract with store + ERP.
- 3
Build
Implement, migrate data cleanly, and wire the connections in scoped sprints.
- 4
Run
Operate, tune, and report, or hand it over documented and clean.
Questions
Common questions
Which CRM do you work in?
We’re vendor-neutral, most often HubSpot or Salesforce, but we implement what fits your revenue process and your existing stack rather than pushing one platform.
Do you require a certification-gated partner engagement?
No. We build the system end to end and integrate with whatever you run. We’re not a single-platform reseller.
Can you connect the CRM to our ERP and store?
Yes, that’s the point. The CRM only becomes the system of record once it reconciles with the store and the ERP, and we build and run those links.
