Sales systems, built and run

One system your store, your CRM, and your books finally agree on.

Your CRM, your store, and your finance system each tell a different story, so revenue gets reconciled in a spreadsheet and nobody fully trusts the number. We build the systems behind how you sell: the CRM as system of record, the integrations that keep them in sync, the reporting everyone reads from, the routing so no lead drops, and when you need it, the credit-and-commission layer that pays the people who earn your sales. Built to fit how you sell, and yours to keep.

Does this sound like you?
  • Your CRM and your finance system report different revenue
  • Your team re-keys orders and data between systems by hand
  • Leads land in a shared inbox and go cold before the right rep sees them
  • Marketing, sales, and finance each report from a different dashboard
  • A direct online order leaves the rep or dealer who owns that customer feeling cut out
Nod at two of these and it is not a tooling problem. It is a system nobody owns.

Why most sales stacks drift apart

A CRM is not a sales system. It’s one part of one.

What you have now

Five tools, no owner

  • Your CRM, your commerce, and your finance system each tell a different story
  • Data gets re-keyed and reconciled in a spreadsheet after the fact
  • Leads land in an inbox while the right rep never hears about them
  • Commissions are calculated late, by hand, and argued over

What we build

One system that agrees with itself

  • Every system reconciles to a single source of truth
  • Store, CRM, and finance stay in sync without hand-keying
  • Leads reach the right rep the moment they arrive
  • Each sale credits the rep or dealer who earned it, and every payout traces to the rule that produced it (built on Siren)

Two ways to engage: we build it, and we run it

A working session to scope it, a sprint to build it, a managed plan to run it

  1. 1

    Working session (the way in)

A free working session maps your stack, your data, and where the systems diverge. You get a readout and a build sequence to take with you, with no obligation.

  2. 2

    Build (the product)

A scoped, fixed-price sprint. We make the CRM the system of record, wire the integrations that keep store, CRM, and finance in sync, stand up the reporting and routing, and, where you need it, the credit-and-commission layer, on the stack you already run. The working session fixes the price and the timeline before you commit, so there are no surprises and no open-ended hourly bill.

  3. 3

    Run (we keep it honest)

Optional managed plan. We operate the integrations, the reporting, and where it applies the monthly commission close, the reconciliation, and the payouts, so it stops landing on your desk. No one gets paid twice: every payout is reconciled against prior periods before it goes out. Prefer to run it yourself? We hand it over clean and documented, and it keeps working whether or not you keep us. Either way, you own it.

Not sure where to start? A free working session is the way in.

The engine underneath

The credit and commission layer runs on Siren

You’re hiring a firm, not licensing software. The part that records who earned each sale and makes sure they get paid runs on our own engine, Siren: built into your system, run by us, and yours to keep, documented and clean, never locked in. We deliver the service; the software on its own is Siren’s job.

Start with a free working session. It maps your stack, shows where the systems diverge, scopes the build to a fixed price and timeline, and the map is yours to keep, with no obligation.
