BigCommerce development agency
BigCommerce builds that handle B2B reality.
Customer-specific pricing, large catalogs, and the ERP behind them, built on BigCommerce Stencil or headless, wired into the systems that actually run your business.
What we build
What we build on BigCommerce
B2B & wholesale
Customer groups, price lists, net terms, and quote-to-order flows for real wholesale selling.
Catalogs at scale
Large, complex catalogs structured so merchandising and search actually work.
ERP & CRM, wired in
NetSuite, HubSpot, and fulfillment connected so pricing and inventory reconcile.
Checkout & CRO
Conversion-tuned checkout with attribution built in, headless when you need the control.
The difference
A theme, or a system?
A typical BigCommerce build
A theme and a pile of apps
- Stock theme bent to fit, then patched with apps
- Pricing kept in sync by hand
- No clean attribution on orders
- Reps and the store competing for credit
A Novatorius build
One accountable conversion layer
- Store, ERP, and CRM as one system of record
- Customer pricing driven from the ERP automatically
- Every order attributed to the actor who earned it
- Reps credited for the online orders they influence
Is it the right fit?
BigCommerce is the right call when
- You sell B2B and DTC from one catalog and need both done well
- Your pricing is customer-specific and lives in an ERP
- You want open APIs and no transaction fees as you scale
- You may go headless later and want the option without a rebuild
Replatforming?
Moving to BigCommerce from another platform
Fixed-scope migration sprints that preserve your rankings and your data.
Questions
Common questions
Stencil or headless?
Both, we’ll recommend based on your team and roadmap. Stencil is faster to ship and easier to maintain; headless gives you full control. We build either and can move from one to the other without starting over.
Can BigCommerce handle our B2B pricing?
Yes. Customer groups and price lists, driven from your ERP, are a core reason to choose BigCommerce for B2B. We wire that connection so the price a dealer sees always matches the books.
Do you do ongoing work or just the build?
Both. Many clients keep us on for store operations, the build-and-run side, so the store keeps improving instead of going stale.
We already run a stack we like, does building on BigCommerce lock us in?
No. We build the credit and event model on top of what you run, not as a cage around it. The rules and the data are documented, exportable, and yours to keep, you could take the whole thing in-house or move platforms later without us holding it hostage. We integrate BigCommerce with the CRM, ERP, and finance systems you already have; we don’t make you rip them out.
I’m the owner, not a developer, is this page even for me?
Yes. You don’t need to follow the platform details to get the outcome: a store that sells direct without cutting out the reps or dealers who own those customers. If you sell through a channel as well as online, our manufacturers page at /industries/manufacturers is written for you, and the working session gives you a plain-English plan and a named person who owns it.
Our systems just don’t reconcile, do we even need to replatform?
Often, no. If the storefront is fine and the real pain is that orders, the CRM, and the finance system tell different stories at month-end, we fix that on top of what you run rather than rebuilding it. That’s integration work, see /integrations, and the working session will tell you honestly whether a replatform is worth it or a waste of money.
