How is a care plan different from a retainer?

A retainer sells you hours. A care plan sells you outcomes against a roadmap: maintenance, improvement, and, at the top tier, running the whole system. You always know what shipped and what’s next.

How long am I committed?

We set the terms with you when we scope the plan, and we’d rather earn the next month than trap you in a long contract. Whatever you decide, your systems, your data, and your access stay yours; you’re never locked in. You’ll know exactly what you’re signing up for before you start.

Do we have to have built with you?

No. We take over existing systems too, usually starting with an audit to understand and stabilize what we’re inheriting.

What’s in the Managed tier that others aren’t?

Managed includes running your attribution and commission system (the engine, Siren) as a service. It is the deliberate Siren touchpoint: the same managed service Siren sells as a product, fulfilled by Novatorius.
